It looks like a home straight from a movie. You know, when the guy takes the girl home then pushes buttons on a remote, and you see the fireplace start up, hear the music come on, and the lights go down.

All of those things may not happen in this Paradise Valley mansion near Scottsdale and Doubletree Ranch Road, but there is a retractable glass wall to the backyard and a black curved floating staircase.

“The attention to detail and the craftsmanship in this home are exceptional,” said Listing Agent Monica Monson. “So many rich materials and textures can be found such as how nicely the builder incorporated glass, stainless steel, and clean lines throughout with sophisticated finishes.”

Listed for sale at $3.65 million, the five-bedroom and seven-bath custom estate is listed by Monson and Barry Van Patten of Monson Luxury Group at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty.
