Gilbert was named number six in the nation for the best places to spend Halloween. How do they figure? Well, they ranked 100 U.S. cities based on factors like trick-or-treater friendliness, Halloween parties and activities and weather. They used different metrics including places with the lowest crime rate and the lowest price of a Halloween event ticket.
Gilbert was found to have the lowest crime rate of any of the cities. Phoenix had the cheapest average price of a Halloween event ticket.
