When Ruby was born, everything seemed perfectly fine until she was getting ready to go home from the hospital. All of a sudden, she started turning blue and could no longer eat. After four weeks in the NICU, she was diagnosed with multiple conditions requiring care from various specialists and numerous surgeries. Ruby, now four years old, has undergone close to 20 surgeries but does not let that stop her from being a happy, loving little girl.
