PHOENIX — Just in time for the holidays, Arizona’s firework ban will be lifted.

From December 24 to January 1, cylindrical and cone fountains, illuminating torches, wheels, ground spinners, flitter sparklers, and ground sparkling devices may be bought, sold and used in Arizona, according to the City of Phoenix.

Items like snappers, party poppers, sparklers and snap caps are considered permissible year-round.

The City of Phoenix provided a chart to help determine if a product is legal or illegal.
