PHOENIX - If you and your family are thinking about Easter brunch this year, here are some options for you from AAA Arizona.

Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa (Chandler), AAA Four Diamond property

Brunch (Sunday, March 31 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Indulge on a grand brunch at Ko'Sin Restaurant and delight in a selection of chef's fresh salads, exotic fruits, artisan cheeses and house charcuterie; not to mention a build-your-own waffle bar, a hand-carved roasted leg of lamb station, slow roasted New York strip loin and bone-in ham with agave nectar glaze. Brunch (Sunday, March 31 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) :

Four restaurants - BOURBON STEAK, La Hacienda, The Grill at TPC Scottsdale and Ironwood American Kitchen - will come together for one glorious culinary festival.  

Menu includes: a southwestern omelet station, seared ancho lime-rubbed ahi tuna, lychee nut and Mexican mango fruit relish, micro shiso mint and lavender-rubbed lamb leg, wild ramps, asparagus risotto station, banana leaf-wrapped green chile chicken tamales, banana leaf-wrapped shrimp and cheese tamales in chipotle, jumbo chilled shrimp, Kobe beef sliders, house-smoked salmon, salt-crusted herb prime rib, assorted desserts, assorted Easter novelty candy and a children's dessert station.

Brunch (Sunday, March 31 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

The annual champagne brunch will take place in the resort's breathtaking Trailblazer's Ballroom, which features floor-to-ceiling views of the Kierland Golf Course and McDowell Mountains.

Menu offers delectable dishes from breakfast stations with fresh pastries and omelets, carving stations with lamb and prime rib, seafood and sushi stations, a bountiful dessert station and more.

Cost is $75 per adult and $25 per child, ages 5- 12 (children 4 and under eat free).

The Westin Kierland has also long been known to host one of the best Easter Egg Hunts in town, including 20,000 stuffed Easter eggs and grand surprise entrance from the Easter Bunny arriving by helicopter to kick-off the festivities.

Beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday, March 31, festivities include a petting zoo, tethered hot air balloon rides, bounce houses, a face-painting station, and Easter-themed arts and crafts.

The Easter egg hunt will begin with the Little Tots Hunt (ages 2 to 5) at 10 a.m. and an Easter egg "race" will immediately follow.
