Summer in Telluride just got even more thrilling and delicious.

The Town of Mountain Village will be hosting the inaugural food and wine event, www.Telluride Reserve on Aug. 15-18. This unique celebration will host masters of the wine and culinary world, including the likes of sommelier Rajat Parr, members of the Mondavi family, and celebrated chefs like Marc Murphy and Michelin-Star winner Daniel Patterson. Together, they will craft special menus of terroir-specific wine and food in private luxury homes and venues for small groups of guests.

Tickets are very limited to ensure a truly intimate experience for the guests, and are available for purchase at telluridereserve.com

"It's exciting to see how Telluride Reserve has inspired so much interest among incredible chefs, winemakers and Master Sommeliers," said Anton Benitez, President and CEO of the Telluride Mountain Village Homeowners Association. "We're proud to have a lineup of so many talented professionals from the culinary and wine world, including members of the Mondavi family, James Beard Foundation Award winners and even a Michelin Star chef."

In addition to Telluride Reserve, Telluride Ski & Golf Resort launched the new Telluride Bike Park on July 5, adding to the variety of summer activities offered at the award-winning resort.

With over $1M invested into an expanded Mountain Bike Trail Network, the new bike park is a unique lift-served experience with a variety of interconnected trails (freeride, technical & cross-country), along with clinics and guides for all skill sets.

Mixed with the advanced terrain is roughly 10 miles of new flow trails. The green flow trail Tommyknocker, for example, is ideal for novice riders with basic mountain bike skills. For first timers riding the Telluride Bike Park, it is recommended to hire a guide or participate in a clinic.

"The Tommyknocker is an exciting new component in Telluride and opens the door for novice mountain bikers," said Scott Pittenger, Director of Mountain Operations. "We're bringing a full suite of trails that have been crafted for every skill level-and it's just the beginning."

Single day passes, season passes, guides and clinics, along with bike rentals are all available now for advance purchase . Additionally, guests will be able to activate their passes online. The Mountain Village Pass & Ticket Office is open daily from 9am to 6pm to assist with any Telluride Bike Park questions .
