Phoenix Public Library's annual Summer Reading game for kids, teens and adults. All of the fun kicks off June 1 and runs through August 1. Play the online Summer Reading Game, log daily reading minutes, and earn badges and prizes! At 1,000 minutes read every participant earns a free book and every child reaching 1,000 minutes will be entered to win from a selection of grand prizes such as a 1-year family membership to the Phoenix Zoo, the Childrens Museum of Phoenix, the Arizona Science Center and more. Registration is now open!         

Create an account, select an avatar and begin read to READ on Wednesday, June 1. Visit a Phoenix Public Library location near you for a variety of FREE, fun-filled summer events for kids, teens and adults. Plan for fun now.            

And Summer Reading isn't just for kids! This summer, Phoenix Public Library is offering our first community wide reading program, One Book, One Phoenix taking place through June and July. Community wide reading programs bring people together through the reading and discussion of a common book. Join us and let's read the title chosen by Phoenix Public Library's customers, Octavia Butler's "The Parable of the Sower". Check our website for details including discussion groups and programs.
