RECIPE: Ultimate Avocado BLT with Spicy Mayo
6 slices McCormick Ultimate Bacon, fried
4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. hot sauce, or 1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 pkg. spring mix lettuce
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced and seasoned with salt and pepper
1 avocado, sliced and seasoned with salt and pepper
2 eggs, cooked as desired
In a small bowl, mix together mayo and hot sauce or white pepper
Assemble the sandwiches by spread spicy mayo over the toast. Top with lettuce, tomato, bacon, avocado and eggs, making sure to season each layer (except for the bacon).
