Needed goods
2-480 Second poached eggs
2 Whole Avocados, smashed with Salt and Pepper and oil
Toasted Thick Cut Farmers Loaf

Harissa
½ C Pequin Chile (dried)
½ C Arbol Chile (dried)
½ C Guajillo Chile (dried)
¼ C Whole Garlic cloves
1T Ground Cumin
2 T Salt

Skakshuka
2  ea Red Bell Pepper diced
1 medium onion (yellow) diced
8 ea roma tomatoes diced
3 T chopped garlic
1 T cumin
3 T Harissa
2 eggs
Need To Know
Saute peppers, onions and tomatoes on medium heat, cool til stewed, add garlic, cumin and harissa

Use a cast iron Skillet and pour 8 oz of Skakshuka into it, crack 2 eggs into it and cover with foil, bake 12 minutes. Eggs will be over Easy
