CVS Health and ABC15 have joined forces for the first year of Community Heroes in Arizona, a grant program is providing $30,000 in grants to local nonprofits in Arizona that focus on health and wellness services for children, veterans and seniors.
The following ten nonprofits have been chosen to receive a $2,500 Community Heroes grant. And, thanks to your votes, The Neighborhood Christian Clinic has been selected to receive the $5,000 bonus grant! Congratulations to all of our grantees.
