CVS Health and ABC15 have joined forces for the first year of Community Heroes, a grant program that is providing $30,000 in grants to local nonprofits in Arizona that focus on health and wellness services for children, veterans and seniors.
Ten grantees have been selected and will each receive a $2,500 Community Heroes grant! And, now you can help decide which organization receives a $5,000 bonus grant! The 10 nonprofits to choose from are:

· Valley of the Sun United Way www.vsuw.org
Now through November 10, 2017, let us know which of the ten organizations you think should receive a $5,000 bonus grant! Just visit www.cvshealth.com/communityheroes and click the button next to the organization that you'd like to vote for. Note only one vote allowed per user.
The organization that gets the most votes and will receive the bonus grant will be announced on November 14th on Sonoran Living.
