MANGO HABANERO SALSA
Ingredients:
2 mangos-peeled and diced
1/2 red onion ,diced
2 jalapeños diced
2 habaneros,diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Juice of 3 limes

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all 6 ingredients together in bowl.
Squeeze lime juice over it.
Add kosher salt to taste
serve and enjoy.

Shrimp & Avocado Tostadas -
 A fun and easy way to get Mexican food on weeknights, in minutes! Crispy tostadas topped with guacamole, spiced shrimp, and your favorite salsa.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
2 lime , juiced
1 Tsp garlic powder

2 oz of New Mexico red chile sauce
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Guacamole
Salsa or Pico de Gallo
Tostada shells

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread tostada shells onto a baking sheet. Place in oven, and cook for 5 minutes, flipping the shells half way through.
In a bowl, toss shrimp together with lime juice, garlic powder, red chile sauce.
In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip and cook for 2 more minutes, or until fully cooked. *Cook time will vary depending on the size of the shrimp.
Remove from the pan.
To assemble tostadas, spread guacamole over the tostada shell. Top with a few cooked shrimp and your favorite salsa.

1. Tequila-lime Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
4oz of any white fish
1/2 cup Tequila
Juice of 4 limes
2 clove garlic minced
3 jalapenos chopeed
Kosher salt
1 tbsp conola oil
1/4 head of shredded cabbage
1/2 cup of  Cotija cheese
Fresh  cilantro and limes for garnish..

DIRECTIONS:
1. In large baking dish ,combine tequila ,lime juice and season with salt. Add fish and marinated for at least 15- 20 minutes.
2. In large pan grill fish for 3 minutes on each side.
3. Add fish to tortillas, cabbage, cheese and garnish with cilantro as desired
