Open Houses are BVO's cadence. Our agents and Team start their week on the previous Friday by submitting their schedule for the FOLLOWING week. This kicks off our marketing department to begin designing the weekly Arizona Republic, Scottsdale Independent, and many other weekly ads that our open houses are featured in. The properties are immediately input into various syndicating websites that put YOUR home at the top of the search lists all over the internet. (Did you know: The only ways to promote your home to the TOP of search results on sites like Zillow or Realtor.com is by either entering a new listing and that new listing banner falls off after about 72 hours, a price reduction which no seller ever wants to have to go through, or lastly by hosting an open house!)
