Give Kids a Smile: Midwestern University's College of Dental Medicine-Arizona will host Give Kids a Smile, a free community event where CDMA students, supervised by faculty practitioners, provide dental care for local kids and education for their families at no cost. Approximately 350 children ages 6 to 14 will have the opportunity to receive free screenings and treatments including cleanings, sealants, fillings, or extractions. Healthy Kids Day®: The Valley of the Sun YMCA are holding free community events to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active at the annual YMCA's Healthy Kids Day®, the Y's national initiative to improve health and well-being for kids and families.
