Calling all ice cream enthusiasts, another treat has opened its doors in the Valley.
The Baked Bear specializes in made-to-order (and made-from-scratch) ice cream cookie sandwiches. But the sandwich isn't just limited to cookies, you can also have brownies or donuts (whoa!).
The California-based eatery brought its first Arizona location to the Village at Shea Boulevard near Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard. It officially opened on Saturday.
Guests choose an ice cream flavor, a cookie combination, and then a topping. View the menu here. They do have some gluten-free options.
It is owned and operated locally by Rob Clark and Anthony Velez.
