Oscars Best Picture nominees: 2 ways to see all the nominees at Harkins, AMC theatres

With less than two weeks until the 89th annual Academy Awards, how many of the "Best Picture" nominees have you seen?

If you have some catching up to do, but do not want to make nine trips to the theatre, why not make a day out of it?

Harkins and AMC theatres are both offering movie marathon passes so you can see all of the Best Picture nominees before the show.

HARKINS BEST PICTURE FILM FEST: Between Feb. 17-23, six Harkins theatres around the Valley will show multiple screenings of this year's "Best Picture" nominees. For $45, you'll be able to see each of the nine films, enjoy a medium popcorn and a 2017 loyalty cup, which gets you $1.50 refills on soda. 

The theatres participating are: Arrowhead Fountains, Chandler Fashion, Estrella Falls, Scottsdale 101, Superstition Springs and Tempe Marketplace. View more information and to buy tickets.

AMC THEATRES: AMC is showing all nine Best Picture nominees over a two-day event, Feb. 18 and 25. Tickets to the two-day event are $32.50 each day.

Participating theatres are Ahwatukee, Arrowhead, Deer Valley, Desert Ridge, Dine-In Esplanade and Westgate Entertainment District. You;; ha View more information and to buy tickets.

AMC is also offering a 24-hour marathon on Feb. 25 at select theatres. No theatres in Phoenix are participating in that, a spokesperson told us.
