PHOENIX — Are you in need of a last minute holiday gift?

On Saturday, Dec. 22, the "Hello Kitty Holiday Kawaii Mart" mobile truck will make a stop at the Uptown Plaza shopping center, 100 E. Camelback Road, in Phoenix. It will be there from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

The truck will have a "tightly curated assortment of giftables" featuring Sanrio characters: Hello Kitty, Gudetama and Aggretsuko. That includes "surprise" holiday gift boxes with themed items that could include facial sheet masks, socks, stationary, squish toys, and housewares, according to a news release.

There will also be frosted cookies shaped like the characters, gourmet popcorn, and Japanese-inspired sodas for sale.

A spokesperson said gift boxes will vary between $38-$42; the popcorn trio, which features white cheddar truffle, caramel and chocolate pretzel potato chip flavors, will be $14; and cookies will be $5 each.

The first 50 people to purchase a gift box at the truck will receive a free hot cocoa.

This is the truck's first visit to Phoenix. It debuted in New York City and has been making its way west. Phoenix is the last stop for this year's tour, a news release said.

Another Hello Kitty-themed truck, the "Hello Kitty Cafe" has made two visits to the Valley this year. That one sells themed desserts, t-shirts, water bottles and other merchandise.
