SCOTTSDALE, AZ — When Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers opens its latest restaurant in Scottsdale next month, it will mark the chain's fourth location in Scottsdale and its eleventh in the Valley (a twelfth is on the way in Ahwatukee).

The newest restaurant will open on Thursday, Sept. 26 at the Pima Crossing shopping center on the northwest corner of Pima Road and Shea Blvd., the Scottsdale-based sports bar and restaurant announced Monday in a news release.

It will be the concept's largest restaurant to date at 6,700-square-feet and seating for up to 400 people.

Like its other locations, it will have 60+ flat-screen TVs and eighteen half-pound burger options, including the Juicy Lucy and the Bacon PB& J.

Recently, Donut Bar announced that it partnered with Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers to create the "Donut Bar Burger," which features a half-pound burger, over-easy egg, sugar-cured bacon, American cheese, and Chipotle-honey sauce served on one of Donut Bar's cinnamon sugar doughnuts.

Another restaurant is under construction in Ahwatukee part of a new development near 50th Street and Chandler Blvd. That location is expected to open sometime during the first quarter of 2020, a spokesperson said.

Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers has expanded rapidly in the Valley since its first restaurant opened in 2011. Aside from 2014, the restaurant has opened a new restaurant or more every year in the Valley since 2013.

The other locations are in Arcadia, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Old Town Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. They have one restaurant in Carlsbad, California.
