An unusual moment between a house cat and a bobcat outside a Cave Creek home has become the talk of the Valley.

Wayne Bond told ABC15 the tether snapped and took him and his balloon off the ground.

A pilot was in the balloon when a tether broke and it took off. He was able to fly it and land it safely a mile away from the festival in Carefree.
