Elhadji Tacko Fall tallest high school basketball player in the United States

TAVARES, FL - It's not a stretch to say a 16-year-old Florida boy has a good shot at going pro.

Elhadji "Tacko" Fall stands 7 feet, 5 inches tall making him the tallest high school basketball player in the nation.

Get this. Fall is four-inches taller than retired NBA star Shaquille O'Neal. And his shoe size? A whopping 22!

Fall moved from Dakar, Senegal to the United States in 2012 to take up basketball in hopes of becoming an NBA phenom.

But with a 4.0 grade point average, Fall admits he'd be perfectly happy as a biochemist.
