PHOENIX - After 13 years, the Phoenix Suns redesigned their logos, the fourth time in the franchise's history.
According to a report from the sports team, the new logos are more modern but retain similar elements from previous logos.
"We are thrilled to roll out new logos which enhance the Suns brand and create an energetic feel that fans can get excited about," Suns' president, Jason Rowley, said. "The new look embraces the rich history and success of our organization, while offering our fans an update that was long overdue."
In addition to updating their
primary logo and
"PHX" bird logo, the Suns have added a new
"S" logo that will only be used to accompany another logo or design according to the report.
The US Airways Center redesigned their court to incorporate the NBA team's recent changes.
