Former NFL star Donovan McNabb has begun his sentence related to his DUI in Gilbert, according to TMZ.
The online gossip site reports McNabb turned himself in, but won't spend his entire 18-day sentence in jail.
He was reportedly granted "work release," which gets him out of the cell during the day, but will have to return at night to sleep behind bars, TMZ reports.

He was arrested June 28 in Gilbert under suspicion of DUI. He pleaded guilty to non-extreme DUI.
