SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Big crowds return this week to the Tournament Players Club of Scottsdale for the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
If you're planning to attend sometime between Monday and Sunday, Feb. 2, the city of Scottsdale is encouraging you to carpool or take the free Day Tripper Trolley.
TPC Scottsdale is located at Scottsdale and Bell roads.

Free public parking with shuttle service will also be available, according to Scottsdale.
--If you're arriving from the west, exit eastbound Loop 101 at Hayden Road and drive south to the parking areas.
--If you're arrived from the south and east, exit at Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, drive north to Bell Road, turn east to 94th Street and south into the WestWorld parking lots.
Free shuttle service is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
Drivers are also encouraged to use the Loop 101 instead of surface streets near TPC Scottsdale.
Big closures from 6 a.m. Monday, Jan. 27 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2 include:
--Bell Road, closed to all traffic from Perimeter Drive to Hayden Road
--82nd Street, closed to all traffic between Princess Drive and Bell Road
