Chances are you've never heard of the Fort Wayne Komets (That's "Komets," spelled with a "K.") But the hockey team has been around a long time -- perhaps too long to have made a mistake like this on Saturday night.

When it came time to honor long-time team captain and star Colin Chaulk on Saturday, the arena pulled a big oops, revealing an upside down banner. Instead of No. 91, it turned out looking more like "16."

Reportedly, the die-hard Komet fans -- all 9,500 of them -- all gasped when Chaulk removed the cover. But get this: Because the game was getting started, they had no choice but to raise the banner, as is, to the rafters!

But this story has a happy ending: Arena officials flipped the banner during the first intermission.

That's Fouhy -- spelled with an "F" -- on sports!
