According to the New York Times , Lance Armstrong is considering admitting he used performance enhancing drugs.
Lance Armstrong, the guy who has denied ever using anything illegal for years, is now thinking about coming clean!
After being stripped of seven Tour de France titles and being accused of running the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen, Armstrong is telling some of his closest associates that he's now weighing his options to come clean.
According to the Times, Armstrong wants to compete again and believes that coming clean will help him get back to professional cycling.
Wow! Lance Armstrong finally wants to admit that he cheated! What a shocker!
"Live Strong", "Wear the Wristband", "Seven Time Champion"; all a shame!
And now, after fighting the results of blood tests for years, Lance wants to compete so now, it's time to admit that he cheated.
All I can say is, "good for him"! Honestly, it's the best thing he could do for cycling, for young athletes, for cancer victims and for sports.
I guess the phrase, "better late than never" certainly applies here. Unfortunately, the damage is already done! He cheated and then lied about it.
That's Fouhy on sports!
