Close! Buffalo Bills beat Arizona Cardinals in OT

GLENDALE, AZ - The Buffalo Bills beat the Arizona Cardinals, 19-16 in overtime.

Cardinals kicker Jay Feely nailed a 61-yard field goal with just over a minute to play to tie the game at 16 but hit the upright on a game-winning 38-yarder as time expired.

The Cardinals dropped their second game of the season, this one, an overtime nail-biter at University of Phoenix Stadium.

It was Bills defensive back Jarius Byrd's overtime interception of a John Skelton pass that gave Bills kicker Rian Lindell a shot at a 25-yard field goal to win the game for Buffalo.

The Cardinals lost for the second time in two weeks after a 4-0 start, while the Bills move into a tie for first place in the AFC East with a 3-3 record.

The loss put an end to the Cardinals 8-game home winning streak, the longest since 1925 and handed Arizona its first overtime loss in the last six overtime games.

The Cardinals, who are already banged up at a number of positions, lost safety Kerry Rhodes Sunday to a back injury and Kevin Kolb to a rib and chest injury.

With Kolb leaving the field late in the game, John Skelton was back on the field for the first time since Week 1.

Kolb finished the day completing 14 of 26 passes for 128 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception, but he scrambled 5 times for 66 yards. He also got sacked five times Sunday, which means he's been sacked 22 times in the last three games.

Skelton finished his time on the field 2 of 10 for 45 yards and one interception.

Kolb finished Sunday's game as the second leading rusher for Arizona, behind William Powell, who finished the day with 13 carries for 70 yards.

The Cardinals' schedule gets much tougher this week: the Cardinals travel to Minnesota to take on the Vikings, come home to host the 49ers, and then travel to Green Bay before they reach their bye week.
