CHANDLER - Football fans have some mixed feelings about the firing of Arizona Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt.
At Majerles sports bar in Chandler fans were talking about the developments as ABC15 walked in the door.
"It was a tough year," said Rod Bitts. "With the quarterback being out, two tackles, two runningbacks, any coach would have a hard time with that."
"I think the offensive coordinators needed to go but I think it was a bad firing of Whisenhunt," said J.J. Dielman.
"He took them to the playoffs a couple years ago and they just needed a quarterback this year and they didn't have it."
"I think it was time for a change," said Kevin Ferguson. "It didn't surprise me at all. The team didn't listen to him."
