Take a good look at the above photo. That's NASCAR driver Kurt Busch, the driver of the No. 41 Monster Energy car.

But next to him are the girls of Monster Energy, the new NASCAR Cup Series sponsor.

Monster Energy is in the first year of a deal that will pay NASCAR around $20 million a year for title sponsorship. But after last weekend's Daytona 500 qualifying, NASCAR has taken some heat for the skimpy outfits the Monster Energy girls were wearing Sunday.

But despite the social media outrage, Monster says the outfits are a fabric of what the company does -- and Monster has always been about racing and girls!

Come on, NASCAR: This is what you've sold your soul for? Scantily-clad girls at racetracks?

What's next: A NASCAR swimsuit issue? Who would sink so low?

Personally, I think it's an outrage: They should never have included Kurt Busch in that picture!
