The Arizona Diamondbacks are planning to welcome Arizona State University students back to school in style.
The D-backs announced they will host ASU Night at Chase Field when they they take on the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday, Aug. 23. Students will be able to purchase tickets in the bleacher and bullpen reserve sections for $1. They can take advantage of that offer by texting STUDENT to 76925.
Also, ASU parents, alumni, faculty and staff can buy a $15 ticket package, good for a ticket in the baseline reserve section and a custom D-backs/ASU baseball cap. Click hereto purchase tickets.
Before the game, the D-backs will host a special Happy Hour in the Coors Light Strike Zone, and fans will be able to purchase $1 hot dogs at each Doubleheaders location at Chase Field.
"Throughout the game, ASU alumni and students will participate in several in-game activities such as the Hot Dog Derby, Legends Race and Catch-A-Fly," the D-backs announced.
ASU's mascot Sparky will be in attendance, along with ASU president Michael Crow, alumni president Christine Wilkinson and the Sun Devil band and spirit squad.
