ASU fans can meet Jake Plummer, get picture taken with Heisman Trophy before Saturday's game

Arizona State football fans will have a chance to meet a pair of Sun Devil legends before their team takes on the Oregon Ducks on Saturday.

Former ASU quarterback and Heisman Trophy finalist Jake Plummer and his former teammate, wide receiver Keith Poole, will be part of the Nissan Heisman House Tour in Tempe on Saturday. The free event will take place at the intersection of East Sixth Street and South Packard Drive just east of Wells Fargo Arena between 1 and 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

Plummer will appear in a "Chalk Talk" session with ESPN's Neil Everett from 4:30 to 6 p.m. and will sign autographs for fans afterwards. Poole will appear with Everett from 3 to 4:30 p.m. and will be also be available for autographs.

Fans will also have the opportunity to take a photo with the Heisman Trophy during the event. Upon entry, each fan will receive a credential that will be scanned after their photo is taken with the trophy.

Plummer and Poole were two of the key pieces in ASU's undefeated 1996 regular season that ended with their second and most recent trip to the Rose Bowl. Plummer went on to play for the Arizona Cardinals and Denver Broncos; Poole played for the Broncos and New Orleans Saints.

ASU will take on Oregon at 7 p.m. Saturday at Sun Devil Stadium.
