The Arizona State Sun Devils' quest to improve upon a disappointing 2015 football campaign gets kicked into high gear in just three weeks.
ASU will head to Camp Tontozonain Payson on Aug. 2 and kick off its 2016 preseason practice schedule the next day. The team will practice at Camp Tontozona on Aug. 3-5 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. and on Aug. 6 from 9:30 a.m. to noon. An autograph session will be held after the Aug. 6 practice.
The Sun Devils will return to Tempe on Aug. 7 and will practice every morning from Aug. 8-18.
ASU will open its 2016 campaign against Northern Arizona on Sept. 3 at 7:45 p.m. at a newly remodeled Sun Devil Stadium.
The Sun Devils are 34-19 in Todd Graham's four seasons as head coach but finished just 6-7 last season, their worst mark under Graham.
