GLENDALE, AZ - Players are set to report as we're just a day away from the official start to the Arizona Cardinals training camp.
This time around, it's familiar and unfamiliar territory at the same time.
The Cardinals have traded the cooler temperatures and high altitude climate of Flagstaff for the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale where the team plays their regular season games.
It's also a new regime. Out with the old and in with the new as first time head coach, and last year's Coach of the Year, Bruce Arians leads the team along with a a whole new coaching staff (with the exception of Freddie Kitchens).
The Cardinals also found themselves a new quarterback in the off-season, Carson Palmer.
So there are a lot of changes that should bring plenty of excitement to training camp this season.
One thing to note: the Cardinals' first round draft pick Jonathan Cooper hasn't officially signed with the team.
Afternoon practices (beginning 2 p.m. Friday) are open to the public and free of charge. So take some time to enjoy the free air conditioning and get to know your new Cardinals.
