GLENDALE, AZ - The Arizona Cardinals announced Monday that they're cutting more than a dozen players from the roster, including a couple of very familiar faces.
Chief among them is kicker Jay Feely.
It's been an honor to play for the @AZCardinals Michael Bidwill, thank you for your leadership and friendship. AZ will still be home!— Jay Feely (@jayfeely) August 25, 2014
Feely became a Cardinals' fan favorite after joining the team in April 2010. He previously played for the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins and New York Giants, among others.
Quarterback Ryan Lindley, drafted by the Cards in 2012, was also among the released players announced Monday.
