YOUTH FOOTBALL INITIATIVE
Youth football coaches from the Phoenix area will gather for a player safety coach clinic. Topics will include helmet and pad fitting, concussion awareness, and tackling drills. 8am-5pm, Arizona Cardinals Training Facility, Tempe.

CELEBRATION OF FREEDOM
The City of Mesa and Southwest Ambulance are putting on the Arizona Celebration of Freedom. The event will include live music, performances, a soldier memorial, and inflatable replicas of federal buildings and national monuments. 6pm-11pm, Downtown Mesa.

HOT WEATHER

COYOTES DRAFT PARTY
The Phoenix Coyotes are hosting a 2013 NHL Entry Draft Viewing Party. The Coyotes will have the 12th pick in the first round. The question remains whether that player will ever see Jobing.com Arena. 12pm-4pm, 18 Degrees Neighborhood Grill, Ice Den, Scottsdale.

CONGRESSIONAL FIELD  HEARING
Congressmen Paul Gosar, Matt Salmon, David Schweikert, and Trent Franks will hold a congressional hearing on IRS abuse and EPA overreach. The event, open to the public, will take testimony from constituents with any problems or concerns they have with either of those two agencies. 4pm, Davis Learning Center Auditorium, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Prescott.
