THURSDAY 11/28/13

THANKSGIVING NIGHT SHOPPING
Toys R Us opens Thursday at 5 p.m., Best Buy opens at 6 p.m., and a number of stores including Walmart and Target open at 8 p.m. Black Friday now starts on Thanksgiving night.

THANKSGIVING MEALS
The Salvation Army will serve a traditional Thanksgiving meal to more than 1,500 people in need. 10:30 a.m., Phoenix Convention Center.
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul will serve 4,500 Thanksgiving Day meals at give charity dining rooms across the Valley.

FRIDAY 11/29/13

BLACK FRIDAY
Malls and stores will be busy Friday as holiday shopping will be in full force.

SNOWBOWL OPENING
Arizona Snowbowl north of Flagstaff opens for the skiing season Friday.

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Division II and Division III state high school football championships will be played Friday in Tucson.

GLENDALE GLITTERS
Phoenix Coyotes Captain Shane Doan will flip the switch for Glendale Glitters' 1.5 million lights. ABC15's Connie Colla will emcee the event. 5:30 p.m., Murphy Park, Glendale.

SATURDAY 11/30/13

TERRITORIAL CUP
The 7-4 University of Arizona Wildcats and the 9-2 Arizona State University Sun Devils square off in the annual Territorial Cup game. For ASU, this game impacts whether they will play the Pac-12 Championship the following week against Stanford at home or on the road. 7:30 p.m., Sun Devil Stadium, Tempe.

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Division I state high school football championship will be played Saturday at University of Phoenix Stadium, Glendale.

SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY
After Black Friday, mom-and-pop retailers will make their pitch for your holiday shopping dollars on Small Business Saturday.

SUNDAY 12/1/13

CARDINALS AT EAGLES
The 7-4 Arizona Cardinals travel to play the 6-5 Philadelphia Eagles. The Cardinals and the Eagles are both in the NFC playoff hunt. 1 p.m. EST (11 a.m. MST), Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia.
