PHOENIX - Two attorneys have been disbarred by the Arizona Supreme Court due to criminal misconduct, according to a State Bar of Arizona press release.
Christopher R. Perry of Phoenix was disbarred because of his involvement in a hit and run accident on Feb. 16, 2011. Perry pled no-contest to the charges of negligent homicide and hit and run with a death, according to the press release.
John Vigileos was disbarred after being charged with six felony counts, including sexual misconduct with a minor and molestation. Vigileos' case is ongoing.
Vigileos and Perry were both ordered to pay the State Bar of Arizona for all costs and expenses associated with their disciplinary proceedings.
