CHILDREN LEFT IN PARK SENTENCING
Laurie Lee Kelly, arrested for child abuse for allegedly leaving her children with strangers in a park, is scheduled for an acceptance of plea and sentencing. 8:30 a.m., Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix.

PHX SKY TRAIN STATION
Airport officials will provide media a tour behind the construction walls of the new PHX Sky Train Terminal 4 station, scheduled to open to the public in early 2013. 9:15 a.m., Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

SOCCER ANNOUNCEMENT
Phoenix FC, a USL PRO professional soccer league franchise, will announce an agreement with Arizona State University and a stadium location for its inaugural season in Spring 2013. 11 a.m., Dutson Theater, Sun Devil Stadium, Tempe.

STATE CAPITOL MENORAH LIGHTING
