WIFE MURDER ARRAIGNMENT
Salvador Garcia-Sanchez, charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping in the death of his wife in their Phoenix apartment, is scheduled to be arraigned. 8:30 a.m., Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix.

TURKEY FRYER DEMO
The Phoenix Fire Department will demonstrate proper and improper techniques for deep frying a turkey  before people prepare their Thanksgiving meals. 9:30 a.m., Phoenix Fire Training Academy.

POST-ELECTION RALLY
Promise Arizona, Adios Arpaio volunteers, and other tied to the importance of the Latino vote will hold a post-election rally in downtown Phoenix. 5 p.m., outside Maricopa County Recorder's Office, Phoenix.

WALLOW FIRE COMMUNITY MEETING
Residents of Northeastern Arizona in the area affected by the Wallow Fire can provide input at a public meeting on a U.S. Forest Service project to salvage burned timber. 4:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m., Alpine Community Center.

FORECLOSURE PREVENTION EVENT
The City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department and the Arizona Foreclosure Prevention Task Force will host a free foreclosure informational event. 9 a.m.-7p.m., Maryvale Church of the Nazarene, Phoenix.

TANGER OUTLETS OPENING
