BROTHER STABBING ARRAIGNMENT
Andrew Ward, accused of stabbing his 12-year-old brother to death, is scheduled to be arraigned on a first-degree murder charge. 8:30 a.m., Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix.

HANCE PARK CELEBRATION
The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department will unveil a new master plan design for Hance Park over I-10 in downtown Phoenix. The celebration will feature live music, family activities, food trucks, and a beer and wine garden. 5 p.m.- 8 p.m., east end of Hance Park, Phoenix.
