The Arizona Department of Transportation is warning drivers to expect heavier than usual traffic congestion Thursday afternoon and evening as commuters go home early for trick-or-treating and Halloween parties.

HALLOWEEN DUI TASK FORCE
An East Valley DUI task force will be out on impairment enforcement patrols Thursday through Saturday.

STOP SOUTH PHOENIX DEVELOPMENT
The South Phoenix Community Alliance is calling for the city to block the development of a 30-acre truck distribution center at 32nd Street and Southern Avenue. 11 a.m. news conference, George Gervin School, Phoenix.

AIR FORCE CRITICAL CARE
