Police search for man who held up Yuma store with knife

Yuma Police are looking for a man who robbed a convenience store at knifepoint early Monday morning.

According to Yuma Police, the man entered the Chevron convenience store at 16th Street and Avenue B around 3:30 a.m.

Police released surveillance video that shows the suspect walking through the front doors, and over to the cashier, at which point the suspect displays a knife.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5 foot 10 inches tall and 200 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap, blue long sleeve shirt with a red stripe that runs down the shoulder and arm, and blue jeans.

The suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of money.
