New Arizona survey: President Obama ahead of Mitt Romney?

PHOENIX - A new survey in Arizona shows President Barack Obama 2 points ahead among likely voters.

According to a Saturday article on The New York Times , The Behavior Research Center developed the poll with interviews mostly done after the first Presidential debate in Denver.

About 500 voters were contacted for the survey which, according to the article, shouldn't worry Governor Mitt Romney too much. That's because the sample size is relatively small and the margin of error doesn't create as firm a lead.

The report said Obama could win Arizona if he is doing well across the country, but since the race appears to be almost tied it is less likely that will happen. Read more on nytimes.com.
