SCHOOL PLOT COURT HEARING
A 16-year-old female student accused in a shooting plot at Red Mountain High School faces a judge to determine if she will be tried as an adult. 10:30 a.m., Southeast Juvenile Court Center, Mesa.

JODI ARIAS TRIAL
A California police officer and a photo processor are expected to testify Monday in the continuing murder trial of Jodi Arias. 10:30 a.m., Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix.

SPA FISH CASE

A nail salon owner will be in court fighting the Arizona Board of Cosmetology over her use of small toothless fish to nibble on customer's feet as a way of removing dead skin. The Board has prevented her from using the fish. 9:30 a.m., Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix.

STATE OF THE STATE
Governor Jan Brewer will deliver her State of the State Address. While the Governor's Office has not released any advance material on her speech, topics covered may include Medicaid funding, education standards, school safety, and sales tax changes. 1:45 p.m., House of Representatives, Arizona State Capitol, Phoenix.

CHIMNEY SAFETY
The Phoenix Fire Department will demonstrate how to keep your chimney safe as well as explain carbon monoxide dangers. 8 a.m., near 40th Street & Camelback, Phoenix.
