ORACLE, AZ - There is more confusion Wednesday night over a facility in Oracle, Ariz. and whether or not they will be helping the federal government house undocumented minors.
On Tuesday, dozens of demonstrators gathered ready to block the road to Sycamore Canyon Boys Ranch if buses with immigrant children showed up, but those children never arrived.
The Sycamore Ranch facility released a statement saying they were contacted by the U.S Department of Health and Human Services and The Office of Refugee Resettlement to take some undocumented minors from Central America.
Health and Human Services released a statement saying they are looking at the facility’s proposal to house children, but nothing has been solidified.
The Sycamore Boys Ranch wouldn't comment on anything other than what they released.
ABC15 is still working on finding out if and when undocumented children will be heading to the facility.
