A Georgia man is accused of harassing a Maricopa County Superior Court judge by repeatedly attempting to contact her over phone, emails and social media.

Gordon Daniel Rose allegedly told authorities he believes Judge Lori Bustamante is behind an organized crime ring and has become increasingly obsessed with uncovering an alleged conspiracy and has demanded her resignation.

Rose is currently involved in a custody battle over his children who are Arizona residents, a Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said.

The suspect made comments on social media saying he’d have his kids in Georgia with him soon and told a law enforcement official that he was coming to Arizona and wouldn’t leave without his kids.

An MCSO unit began looking into Rose after discovering he has an active civil arrest warrant.

He’s now facing charges of using a computer to alarm or torment and contempt of court.
