The Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking for a "person of interest" in a child pornography case that may have Arizona ties.
According to a press release issued Monday, the man they are looking for came to the FBI's attention when naked pictures of a young girl posing in sexual positions surfaced on the Internet.
The man can be seen watching the child from a bed nearby.
When investigators enhanced the photos, they saw what appears to be a child's drinking cup from the QuikTrip chain of gas stations.
The picture led investigators to believe that the photographs were likely taken prior to November of 2005, in U.S. cities where QuikTrip stores are located, including Arizona.
Authorities said a baseball cap displaying what could be the logo of a local sports team, as well as a partial image of what appears to be a telephone book, are also clues that may provide valuable information regarding the child's location. (See pictures in photo slideshow)
The man's identity and current whereabouts are unknown. He is described as an older, white male between the ages of 55 and 65 with brown eyes, gray hair, and a full beard and mustache.
