Now that some fireworks are legal in Arizona, you see them popping up all over the place.
But where will you get the best deals?
I shopped stands and stores all across the Valley and was surprised at what I found.
First, grocery stores and other stores including Target and Walmart just didn't have many options at all.
Red Hot Fireworks has stands all over the Valley and they had many more choices, but does that mean it will cost you less?
I compared popular, legal fireworks at local stores and stands, including Sparklers, Smoke Balls and Pop Its.
I found the same brand of Pop Its at all the stores I checked for the same price, 50 cents for a pack of 50.
Red Hot Fireworks had a different brand and had a buy one get one free offer, but the price still ends up costing the same as the stores.
Albertsons charged the most for Smoke Balls, 33 cent for each ball.
Red Hot Fireworks has the best price, 21 cents for each ball.
Of course we have to have Sparklers for the 4th of July.
If you're looking for the standard Sparklers, stay away from the stands because you'll pay the most.
They have a buy one get one free deal for a 6-pack of Sparklers, making the cost 17 cents per Sparkler.
That's more than double what you'd pay at most grocery stores across the Valley.
I found these Sparklers at Albertsons, Bashas', Safeway, Walmart and Target for the same price ... just 7 cents per Sparkler.
So if price is your priority, you'll do fine shopping at grocery stores.
But if variety is what you're seeking, you'll find way more fun at firework stands.
Regardless of what you choose, be careful.
Firefighters say more fires are reported on the 4th than on any other day of the year.
And before you spend the cash on fireworks, make sure you know the laws … everything is not legal , and you must be at least 16 years old to buy any fireworks.
