Save big money on fruits and veggies at Superstition Ranch Market

PHOENIX - Save a ton on produce at Superstition Ranch Market in Mesa and Apache Junction.

A lot of folks have been telling me to check out this place because they have incredible deals. I finally went to their Mesa location and I have to agree.

The store has a no-frills indoor Farmer's Market look and layout. Be prepared for tons of produce stacked all over the store, crowds of people, and not a lot of room to move around.

But the deals you will find are well worth the crowds and drive.

They had four pounds of ripened strawberries for $1, that's just $.25 per pound. Three pounds of green seedless grapes for $1, plus asparagus for $.99 per pound and a five pound bag of Yukon potatoes for just $.50.

I will say that a lot of their items are ready to eat, so if you buy something make sure to eat it in a few days or split it with a friend.
