It's called Lose It and Antonio from Phoenix told us about it.
He's been using it for almost two months and already has lost 12 pounds.
So of course I had to try it out and I have to say I agree with Antonio, it is really impressive.
Once you download the app or sign up online, you enter your weight loss goals and Lose It tells you how many calories you can have a day to achieve those goals.
What's really impressive is how easy it is to use.
According to Lose It, if I want to lose a pound per week to meet my weight goal by the end of June, I want to have no more than 1,340 calories per day.
It tracks everything from your meals, snacks, and even exercises.
You can scan products and the app tells you how many calories you're eating away, along with how many you have left for the day.
You can also search foods by category or even add your own recipes.
And get this, there's also an option to search nearby restaurants and the app not only tells you your calorie intake, it breaks things down like carbs and protein.
Plus if you get in a workout, the app will subtract those calories from your daily goals.
So, just a little extra help for you to succeed at getting closer to your ideal weight.
