Freebie Friday: Eye screenings, motorcycles and coffee

It's Friday so put your wallet away because there are lots of things to get and do for free.

Need a little peace in your life?

Well stop by the 12th Annual Stop the Violence Peace Fest on Sunday, September 29.

It's from noon to 6 p.m. at the South Mountain Activity Center in Phoenix.

It's a free event that promotes peace and at the same time gives you something fun to do.

There will be food, classic cars, live entertainment and even jumpers for the kids.

Hi-Health is offering free eye screenings at locations around the valley Saturday, September 28th.

The first is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hi-Health store on Power Road.

There's another screening at the Hi-Health Store at Monte Vista Village on Baseline.

It's good for kids and adults and you can make your appointment by phone or in person.

Head over to Westgate City Center on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for Bike Night.

There will be music and a giant LED screen that will play photo slideshows and motorcycle bloopers.

Plus, more than a thousand motorcycles will line Coyotes Boulevard.
